Social media is a tool express our ideas and views but nowadays it is misused, it is more of a time pass and a means of entertainment. There is hardly any woman of substance, more of hyprocisy. Moreover, we have become less sensitive to the pains and suffering of people.
In this fast pace world, it is a curse to be a girl. See the rising crimes against women people are not educated in the real sense. Some or the other time there is news of girls and women being raped and molested. The women are still subjugated and have to live a bitter life. The institution of marriage is failing, there is the rise in live in relationship where there is hardly any commitment and often the relationships come to a break in a short span of time and often the girl has to suffer. Though India boasts of high values and culture but it is a shame to know that there is rise in pre-marital sex and rise in illicit relationships.
The youth have become very selfish and callous. There main aim to grab a lucrative job and enjoy their life to the fullest. The old people are dumped to old age homes and often lead a neglected life. It is dismal to know that the country of Vivekananda is in the grip of drugs. Many youths are addicted to drugs these days which have made their lives a hell. The youth instead of being awakened is falling prey to such a menace. If the youth is falling on whom the responsibility of the country is shouldered so how will the country l progress? How this country of Vedas and Upanishads will lead the world and become an inspiration?
Lack of openness, trust and love is giving rise to mental illness. It is disheartening to know that lot of good people have are succumbed to mental illness due to a biased and rigid society. If we want to establish a just and equitable society which is devoid of all ills we must rise above pettiness and nurture faith and goodness.
